With just a few hours left on the clock, free-to-play action RPG Akaneiro: Demon Hunters has succeeded in its Kickstarter campaign. Despite our initial reservations about this drive, people seem to have come out in support of this title for a total of over $200,000. Now that this is over with, we hope there will be a similar last-minute resolve for Wildman, which has the future of Gas Powered Games at stake.

Akaneiro: Demon Hunters was also approved for Steam Greenlight and will thus be coming to Valve’s digital platform shortly. In the meantime, the release build has gone up after a slightly extended Beta. You can play this game for free right here.
