Tequila Works released a new trailer for their game Deadlight. The game picked up by Microsoft presents a unique 2D platformer setting in the vein of classic titles, but adapted for its exclusive Xbox 360 release.

The trailer shows off the brilliant post-apocalyptic setting for this action title and features a light play of shadows and silhouettes. Sceneries sometimes display a rather stunning amount of realism and detail in their fixed elements that contrast well with the heap of action on the screen. The monochrome destinations can be seen as desolate streets, factories and the likes and also feature destructive or dynamic environments. Naturally, the game will also enhance jumping, crawling and shooting with some good old fashioned stealth to make the silhouette aspect shine, so to speak.

Be prepared to climb many a virtual rope when this title releases this summer.
