The Green Arrow has been revealed as a new playable character in the superhero brawler Injustice: Gods Among Us. The Mortal Kombat clone with DC Comics characters received a gameplay trailer to illustrate the amazing skills of this rowdy Robin Hood.

Green Arrow will apparently come equipped with an active mouth, as he has quips for just about any situation. Seeing his skills, most of the attacks present will involve the bow and/or arrow to land attacks and keep enemies at bay. More so, combos are once more a part of the game, where victims bounce all over the floor while being pummeled.

Some other notable elements are the environmental hazards that can be used to deal damage. For instance, Green Arrow can be seen grabbing a can and throwing it or unhinging a steam pipe to direct it at someone’s face. The man in tights will also use his tools to restrict foes to unleash even more pain.

A packshot has also been revealed. Both good and bad guys and gals from the license will be portrayed on the box. Victor von Doom is in a strange position though.
