Just because there won’t be a public beta doesn’t mean that 343 Industries isn’t running an internal beta for Halo 4.  In fact, the internal beta is going on right now, and one of the internal testers has leaked some extremely pixelated footage of it.  Do understand, before clicking the play button, that this is the most bizarre leaked we’ve seen.  It’s literally VHS quality footage with some very NSFW hip hop music playing over it.

I’ll leave you to pick out most of the details, but it looks like we can see a new weapon (Railgun?) and one of the new armor abilities (Forerunner Vision) in the video at 2:55 and 8:28 respectively.  You can also see that respawns are now instant with no more several second countdown.  Here’s the vid:
