indie royale

We know what you still need: indie bundles, right? It really is the golden age for PC gamers and indie fans. This time, Indie Royale launched their new deal and Bundle in a Box is back for a second time as well.

Indie Royale’s Back to School Bundle offers as much as 7 games. Here’s a list of them:

  • Swords & Soldiers
  • Lunar Flight
  • Bunny Must Die!
  • Sequence
  • Flying Red Barrel
  • Qlione
  • Cute Things Dying Violently

Some might’ve already heard of Swords & Soldiers from Ronimo Games, who are also responsible for Awesomenauts. This colorful 2D strategy title pits two camps against each other in an epic fight for conquest, filled with flashy attacks. Lunar Flight remodels a classic arcade game called Lunar Lander and expands this into a full simulation experience. Sequence is a musical RPG the likes of games like Puzzle Quest, where gamers play a rhythm game, but with a story and progression weaved into it. These three titles come with redeemable Steam keys. All other games are available through that other digital platform, Desura. At the time of writing, the average to beat stands around €4.20 and comes with a few bonuses. Digging a bit deeper also unlocks another music album. The Back to School Bundle is available here.

bundle in a box

Bundle in a Box goes to Deep Space with a few trippy titles. The core bundle, available starting at a low $0.99 includes 5 games, as listed below:

  • Space Giraffe
  • Death Ray Manta
  • The Wreckless
  • Dark Scavenger
  • Armalyte

The first two titles offer some lush, colorful scenery, like a barrage of rainbows that got plastered all over the screen. Armalyte is an old Commodore 64 classic, returned to its former glory. Consumers that beat the average, currently standing at $4.56 will also receive 4 additional titles, amongst whom Armalyte Extras. Sol: Exodus is the earlier released space game from Iceberg Interactive that received a few notable critiques and is definitely the kicker of the bunch. Miner Wars Arena is a multiplayer spinoff from the Descent-like title, while RobotRiot is a more traditional, pixelated 2D shooter.

Naturally, this bundle also comes with a ton of extras, such as the usual soundtracks and concept art. You can purchase the deal here.
