Indie Royale

Indie deals! One day, I think we’ll stop the pretense and we’ll just write an article that says “Indie deals! Indie deals!” over and over with a relevant link at the bottom. Until then, you’ll have to make due with actual info.

Once more, our comrades at Indie Royale released a package of games we reported on before for their Fall Bundle. People that beat the average, currently floating around €4.1, will receive the following titles:

  • To The Moon
  • Oil Rush
  • Blackwell Deception
  • AVSEQ
  • Reprisal

They’re all good games, but in particular To The Moon surprised many by elbowing its way through award season for its story. Reprisal is a work of passion that spawned a beautiful simulator. Blackwell Deception offers a duality point and click adventure with 2 main characters helping each other solve mysteries. One of those people is a ghost.

There are no extra games to unlock this time, but instead there are 4 additional soundtracks, such as To The Moon’s tunes. You can grab the Fall Bundle here.

Indie Gala X

Some other favorites, namely Indie Gala, have also just launched their tenth official bundle. This milestone package offers some amazing deals, especially for those of you who followed our Paradox Interactive releases. The pay what you want model offers a core of 4 games, listed below:

  • Omegalodon
  • Preatorians
  • East India Company
  • Majesty 2

Per usual, we’d advise beating the average, currently fluctuating around $5.8. Doing so will unlock 5 more Steam releases, with some notable titles. The quintuple deal is listed down here:

  • Europa Universalis: Rome Gold
  • Knights of Honor
  • Lead and Gold
  • Elven Legacy
  • Hearts of Iron III Complete

In particular, the strategy titles like Hearts of Iron III are a steal at the current average or even several bucks above that price. Two more Steam titles will be unlocked later on, but this one is a safe bet to purchase right now. The normal cost for all these games would be around $150, so even in the generous ballpark of $50, you’d end up saving a cool hundred and you’d support charities. You can get the Indie Gala X bundle here.
