IndieRoyale Gone fishing

It’s Gamescom and everyone is probably excited to hear about a few new more games and new info coming out. Before we do that, we want you to know about the new Indie Royale bundle, partially because it includes many titles we proudly talked about before.

A total of 7 games are on offer for anyone that beats the minimum, currently floating around €4,5. The first game is space simulation SOL: Exodus that Iceberg Interactive picked up. This game by Seamless Entertainment offers a huge array of ship battles. All Zombies Must Die! is pretty straight forward in its approach. Kill the zombie hordes in a top-down twin stick shooter game with RPG elements. Yes, it’s been done before, but this one has a cute atmosphere to mess with your mind. Then we have the already cheap game Cubemen. This voxel tower defense game with a twist already received a few mentions on our behalf and with its ton of added content, it’s definitely worth the try now. These 3 titles are redeemable through Steam.

Squids is another fun title we’ve discussed in the past. This cartoony underwater adventure is like Angry Birds, but transformed into an RPG that features cephalopods. With the recent release of the Wild West sequel of this charming roleplaying game, grabbing the original now would be the perfect tryout. The last two titles are Platformance: Castle Pain and Platformance: Temple Death, both with a similar theme. The games from Magiko Gaming might sound a bit familiar. That’s because they bear similarities with their newest title currently in Beta: Platformines. The bundle games are classic difficulty runs, where a billion deadly obstacles separate the player from their goal. In addition, this bundle throws in the title Vectorgeddon as an added bonus.

Gamers that pay $8 or more will also receive a complementary album from the creator of the Machinarium soundtrack; one of our personal favorites. You can purchase the newest Indie Royale bundle here.
