Knight Age

Publisher Joymax announced a closed Beta for a new MMO venture called Knight Age. This new free-to-play RPG experience wants to build on their previous experience with Silkroad Online and Digimon Masters to create something new and exciting.

From now until July 17th, people can register on their website and download the game client in order to get started. We’re not quite sure how a closed Beta can be “open to everyone,” as the press release puts it, but there is a separate Open Beta planned afterwards anyway.

There will be a total of 7 different events to participate into this action packed testing session. Participants will receive an special free package with 7 items to boost their beginning steps into the Knight Age world. More so, 15 unique pets called Pupa can be collected, as well as a change to win a Boss Pupa. The event will allow players to win Pupa eggs as well during the event.

Those that are able to hit the level cap for both the open and closed sessions will get a shot at receiving a unique epic weapon. Prticipants can also win a Tiger Mount if they leave comments on the Knight Age website. With a “Like” on the official Facebook page, experience rates will be doubled, which can improve your shots at reaching the level goal. Lastly, closed Beta players can leave a returning message on the open Beta portion of the Facebook page for a chance to win a Black Warhorse.

Knight Age centers itself on mounted combat and features some grand player battles of up to 50 players in each team. There’s also a Siege mode that allows you to attack the world’s castles and claim them as your own. Get yourself the client right here.
