On Tuesday, Content Collection #1 became available to all Xbox Live users. With that influx of new players came a new glitch that allowed players to get outside and eventually underneath one of the new maps, Black Box.
Infinity Ward is on top of the issue and claims they’ll have a fix out for it soon, as early as today. In the meantime, Robert Bowling has passed along word that anyone caught using the glitch will be banned from the MW3 servers.
Infinity Ward has stuck to their guns with regards to doling out bans in the past, and we’d imagine that this ban would be even harsher than those. The bottom line is that it would be foolish to risk your ability to play online over something that’s going to be patched out shortly anyway.

This is why IW/SH need to deglitch everything before they launch the DLC.

william grant you are the reason that the game isnt a game any more. there is 800 try hard that dont like quick scoping. I am horrible at quick scoping. So fuck off
yeah me an my m8 were in a lobby yesterday and oposite team wouldnt die , 1 guy had 121 kills no deaths even tho people were shooting the hell out of him lol
Quick scoping isn’t just a noob thing (unless you use the Barrett) because you actually have to hit them the first time; other than that, you’re screwed. Also, just because you can’t get killstreaks doesn’t mean they’re stupid. You have to earn an airstrike, so it’s not noobish to use. (Besides, when was the last time someone has gotten even a double kill with an airstrike?) Lastly, my friend can easily go 70-3 because he’s just good! He doesn’t camp (unless he’s on a 22 killstreak to get those extra 2 or 3 kills), he just has good reflexes, good aim, and basically knows the general location of his enemies and where they’re going. NO, he does not use the PP90 or the Type 95.
i can easily go 80-3, while using a normal gun like an assault rifle.. i can do it using a sniper, i get shot at. No hacking, no glitching. it’s called being good at a game. sure there are the people that glitch, they will get banned for what they do, but YOU need to quit your bitching.

I play with my nephew online a lot and I’ve seen him get a good 40 kills with no deaths and he didn’t cheat. Some people are just way better than others. And you don’t have to camp to do it
@William Grant, lol quick scoping is part of the gameplay such as air strikes. There are a lot of ways to avoid those. Hackers are gay I agree, but airstrikes and quick scopers?. :/

So infinity ward banning people again because of your own mistake.. Infinity you guys look stupid when you say that your gonna ban people for in which it was your glitch on the map YOU MADE. Hey, you know i think we should be not getting banned but actually give us props for helping you find the bugs on the maps YOU made MISTAKES on…

Grow some balls?? Lol when is the last time a person that sounds like they’re older than 12 actually sent you a voice message asking you to join their QS team?? Yeah, take your time with your answer. (I’ve only gotten a few since COD4.) All in all, only little kids that practice QSing after school bring that trash into public games. Also, when is the last time a soldier in the army, in REAL life, ran up to an enemy and used him sniper point blank? NEVER.
I think u should b allowed to use any glitch until it’s patched for the record I don’t but u shouldn’t get banned because it’s a problem on their end u did nothing to manipulate the system if that’s the case then before they nerfed any guns u were taking advantage of a error on their part when u detonate c4 on infected and kill yourself and a teammate is that glitching. No it’s not it’s a system error on their part so once again u get banned because they have issues with their system
@Mw3HacKedDecoder2Exe.mnr Yeah it may have been infinity wards mistake, a glitch, and yeah people may have found the glitch and try and tell infinity ward about it, but people that ABUSE that glitch, as i’ve seen in videos deserve a ban and nothing less as they ruin the game for other players.

Banned you from servers??? Wait i thought we were the host and they didn’t use servers…maybe I read something wrong. But I doubt anyone will really get banned, how many hackers do you think actually read from this site. They ain’t doing nothing about the hackers now why would they do something this weekend?
So another glitch other hackers or modders are gonna use to get easy kills smfh…
On another note they didn’t ban anyone from the outpost or token glitch and if they did they wernt very good at getting everybody because none of my friends got banned they just can’t use anymore and still have double xp!
So I’m just sayin if they do it I will be suprized… :/
bottom line… hackers hack cuz they r no good at playing straight up.. they have to have that extra help to do anything… its a shame u have to use “cheat codes” we aint a kid no more playing gta… grow up n play like every1 else… if u suck to much to much n u have to cheat… take the game back to gamestop… they will give u cash for it… go ruin someone elses game
Yesterday i was in a lobby and i found a guy in an ac-130 and i stabbed him well over 10 times and he didnt die fix that first before glitches
What iw needs to get rid of is quick scooping!
Soooooo your banning people for a glitch you left in the map because it prolly took you 2 months to make a map from scratch. GG since you obviously cannot get a grasp on, one a better graphics engine than the old MW2 engine, at which you should be an expert on by now so there should be NO glitches on any maps you make and secondly if people who found glitches and “abused” them were banned from the game they BOUGHT and payed for the EXPAC then how does that make them fans to keep buying your product? BF3 > MW3 all day every day low glitches bigger maps and a company who isn’t so idiotic…..(BTW people who play World of Warcraft find glitches all the time and use them but blizzard never banns them and they are a bigger and not to mention richer company than you ever will be)
I think nobody should be banned because it was your mistake you guys are suppose to test everything out before publishing the map and if you had did that we wouldn’t have this problem right now and that’s that! >:(
I hate people who use glitches they just aint playing the game like it is intended. Also what really gets on my nerves is under 18s playing mw3 you can blatently tell there kids because there voices havent broken etc they need to sort that aswell as they are ruining a good game. ps add me or if you want to join a new clan (100% ELITE) messege me Decapitator80.
