There are a few new tidbits available from Nordic Games after Gamescom. The publisher released two new trailers for a new title called The Raven, as well as a short teaser for the Painkiller remake.

The Raven is a new adventure from the makers of The Book of Unwritten Tales. A guard in a museum is seen reading a newspaper about a mysterious figure in this English location. As something seems amiss, he then decides to check out his surroundings. The guard is met with a troubled constable, right before a mysterious figure appears and steals a jewel right before their eyes. Who is this person? Who is The Raven and why does the character come with a James Bond-like theme? We’ll know more later.

There isn’t much to see in the Painkiller clip, except its exponentially enhanced visual cutscenes. Still, fans of the series know that the remake will probably not veer too far away from its trademark style of shooting and killing hordes upon hordes of demon spawn.

Luckily, Nordic Games also released some screenshots for both games that give us a more detailed view of the upcoming titles. We’re already excited for blasting huge, axe-wielding monks in Painkiller.
