The anticipated JRPG Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will have a playable demo on Playstation Network this week. Namco Bandai announced that the sample will arrive in North America on December 4, 2012 and in Europe one day later.
The game is made by developer Level-5 of the Professor Layton series, in collaboration with manga giant Studio Ghibli. The latter is responsible for titles like Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle and more. In the demo, players will be able to fight two boss battles: the Guardian of the Woods and Moltaan. It will follow the adventure of a young boy named Oliver that goes on a magical quest to save his mother; all the while meeting new friends and quirky monsters on his way.
We’ve played this build earlier this year and we highly suggest you do as well. Its tactical combat and endearing animations and visuals are sure to captivate many players. Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will launch for Playstation 3 on January 22, 2012 in North America and on January 25 in Europe.
