Rainbow Skies Is The New Rainbow Moon Headed To Playstation
Asian publisher eastasiasoft has announced an addition to the Rainbow Moon family called Rainbow Skies, once again under development at SideQuest Studios. Quite like the Final Fantasy series, this game will tie-in with name and theme alone, as the company promises a “completely new” game.
This turn-based strategy RPG with a classic look and feel will continue to take pages from its peers, such as the Disgaea series, with the addition of a monster capture system. This allows players to nab critters and add them to the party. Like aforementioned title, new combo attacks will also be added to this new project. Perhaps not unimportant, you’ll now be able to enter and explore a variety of buildings. Moreover, the quest system will be improved, as well as the dungeon elements.
Rainbow Skies is currently in development for “consoles and handhelds” and slated for late 2014. However, a recent forum post stated that it will already “most likely be available on PlayStation platforms.”
