Olympic season is in full force and Summer Stars 2012 from Deep Silver has been released onto the public. This athletic event is available for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii.

The trailer shows off a reel of several of the 18 events available in this game. Besides running and jumping like a pro, you might enjoy some more outlandish events like fencing or mountainbiking. We didn’t even realize this was something official now.

Summer Stars 2012 allows for a career mode and splitscreen multiplayer. Additionally, gamers can get physical, if they so choose, with compatibility for Kinect and Playstation Move. A traditional controllet layout is available as well.
