The first person shooter with a medieval twist called War of the Roses has received a release date. Paradox interactive announced that the title is ready for combat on PC on October 2, 2012.
Valiant knights can look forward to knifing each other in the face or shooting a bow and arrow like in olden times. Whatever your preference, War of the Roses is bound to get real bloody; as war in olden times got right in your face with all the blood and gore. The game is currently under development over at Fatshark, which recently worked on an action RPG called Krater. The first person game is under supervision of Gordon Van Dyke, a former Battlefield veteran.
Paradox also announded that preorders for the game are now available.
