Sony announced the addition of Playstation 3 titles WipeOut HD and WipeOut HD Fury for the Vita version of the game, WipeOut 2048. Each PS3 game is available from the Playstation store for €7.99, but thanks to Cross Buy, owners of the PS3 version can add these versions for free to their Vita. This also works for Hustle Kings, Top Darts and Motorstorm RC.

Both game contents, each with their own campaigns, tracks and vehicles can simply be purchased for one system and then transferred to the next. This works both ways (for HD and Fury). For those that haven’t adopted any version of the game, they can add the full game pack on the Vita’s WipeOut 2048 for a slight discount at €12.99. This will also allow for cross play between the two devices. It’s a functionality paradise.
